Given our world's social and political climate, it has never been more imperative that everyone learns to engage in the hard work of challenging conversations to disrupt bias and understand each other’s unique experiences and perspectives, however different they are from our own.

There are no simple solutions for the extreme gaps in perceptions of reality we are experiencing, sometimes even with those closest to us, yet there are tools that can help us start and sustain conversations across differences, while building understanding and empathy—which may at the very least foster and strengthen an inclusive environment, and at the very best lead to real transformation and change.

Both sessions include a PowerPoint presentation and an opportunity to ask questions and to work on examples from your own life in a safe environment.

A free will donation of $25 to $125 would be greatly appreciated. Please choose an amount or indicate what you are willing to pay in the "other" box.
